until life forced me to stop and face it.

That moment changed everything.
I started to rebuild my self-relationship from scratch.

Not with fluffy advice or forced positivity,
but with real, uncomfortable honesty and practical daily actions.

That’s what I’m offering here.

This space exists because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and quietly ashamed, especially when your relationship starts to fall apart and you don’t know what to do.
